BANJA LUKA, August 19 (FENA) - The RS government adopted at a session in Banja Luka today a Proposal for Amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs under the Urgent Procedure, which stipulates that a personal coefficient for exercising the right to a pension is determined by a police officer’s five annual salaries that are most favorable to a police officer.
“The purpose of the proposed amendment to the law is to improve the material status of police officers who have acquired the right to old-age or disability pension,” the RS Government's Public Relations Office said.
The Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Waste Management was established, as there was a need to further align the law with new solutions of European legislation, in order to promote sustainable waste management.
The government has appointed a working group to monitor the construction of highways in RS.
