SARAJEVO, July 23 (FENA) - Minister of Security of BiH Dragan Mektić told reporters in Sarajevo today that the new BiH Council of Ministers is a matter of political capacity in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
According to him, the ones who have the majority, i.e. those who manage to secure the majority, will be elected by the Council of Ministers of BiH.
“Whoever collects 42 votes in the House of Representatives will have the ability to form the Council of Ministers of BiH,” Mektić said.
Responding to the journalist's question about the intention of the Republic of Croatia to build a nuclear dump site at the location of Trgovska Gora, near the border with BiH, Mektić said that it was not true that the BiH Council of Ministers did nothing regarding that.
“We immediately took on some activities, formed a task force in front of the Council of Ministers and BiH, which will deal with this issue and the problem on behalf of the state of BiH,” Mektić said.
He added that there is a task force headed by the RS government minister Srebrenka Golić, and she “does everything that is in her power, and she does everything on behalf of BiH and the RS.”
