SARAJEVO, July 18 (FENA) – Rebalancing of this year's budget of the Federation of BiH in the amount of 2,701,845,731 KM, which provides KM 25 million for the implementation of the Bill of Rights on Demobilized Fighters and their Family Members, will come into effect with the publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This was confirmed by FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić after this act, as well as amendments to the Law on Execution of the FBiH Budget for 2019, was approved by the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH at today's session. Two days ago at the extraordinary session, this was done by the House of Representatives.
The Rebalance was drafted in accordance with the Law on Budgets in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Law on Execution of the FBiH Budget for 2019 and Revised Projections of Revenues. Compared to the current budget it is higher by 48 million KM (2.653.843.356 KM).
“The reason for the revised revenue projections is the expected increase in indirect tax revenues by 37 million KM, of which net revenues from indirect taxes belonging to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina increased by 28.5 million KM, representing a growth of three percent in relation to planned revenues. Also, additional 5.5 million KM of profit tax is projected, which is an increase of over seven percent. Non-tax revenues are planned in the amount of additional 197.7 million KM and the amount to a total of 590.7 million KM,” said Novalić.
