SARAJEVO, July 17 (FENA) - At yesterday’s extraordinary session, the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH adopted the amendments to the Law on the Financial Consolidation of Enterprises in FBiH, proposed by the Government of the FBiH.
The newly proposed solution is that the request for financial consolidation of a company with a majority share of the state capital is submitted by the responsible person within six months maximum after the entry into force of the Law.
The maximum deadline for the consolidated financial procedure can be extended to 31 December 2021.
In order for the amendments to come into force, they should be adopted by the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament.
