BiH MoD and Hungarian Foreign Ministry sign Bilateral Cooperation Plan

SARAJEVO, July 16 (FENA) - Assistant Minister of Defense of BiH for International Cooperation Zoran Šajinović and Deputy State Secretary for Security Policy and Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Isztván Balogh today signed the Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2019.

At the meeting that preceded the signing of the Bilateral Cooperation Plan was also attended by BiH Defense Minister Marina Pendeš, who thanked Hungary for supporting Bosnia and Herzegovina and the BiH Ministry of Defense on its path to EU and NATO integration, and expressed expectation towards further commitment and support from Hungary in the future to the Ministry of Defense of BiH, the Armed Forces, and Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole.

Balogh thanked for the reception and stressed good bilateral cooperation with BiH in the defense sector, adding that Hungary strongly supports BiH on its EU and NATO path.

The meeting was also attended by Hungarian Ambassador to BiH Krisztián Pósa, Colonel László Hajas, Hungarian Military Attaché to BiH, and Csaba Félegyházi, First Secretary for NATO Integration at the Embassy of Hungary in BiH, stated the BiH MoD.
