SARAJEVO, July 15 (FENA) - The average monthly net salary in BiH in May this year amounted to 926,00 KM and was nominally higher by 5.1 percent compared to May last year, and higher by 2.2 percent compared to December last year.
According to the Statistics Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the lowest average net salary in May was in the sector of accommodation, preparation and food serving and amounted to 568,00 KM, in the construction industry it amounted to 624,00 KM, while the average net salary in administrative and auxiliary service activities amounted to 632,00 KM.
The average monthly gross salary in BiH in May 2019 amounted to 1,430 KM and was nominally higher by 4.3 percent compared to May last year, and higher by 2.3 percent compared to December 2018.
