SARAJEVO, July 5 (FENA) - The new assembly of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Federation of BiH as well as the cantonal governments will be formed in large and the whole process should be completed in three or four months, confirmed today to journalists in Sarajevo the President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegović.

Talking about the process of forming the government after the October general elections, he expressed the view that the new government would first be formed in the Tuzla and Una-Sana cantons, where SDA, SBB and the Democratic Front will form the backbone of the government with their partners, and at state level these three parties will join the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) and the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ).

When it comes to the entry of the Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) into state-level power, Izetbegović notes that they do not have enough delegates in both Houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

He recalled the announcement of Fahrudin Radončić's Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) leaders that if some of the Sarajevo Canton decisions receive approval that they would leave the current ruling coalition in Sarajevo, and Izetbegović says this is happening because of the absence of the results of that government that he called the “pilot project of the international community”.

“It is a government that has shown inefficiency and a tendency of corruption in a very short time, and the worst problem is that they make many promises but are short on delivering them. In addition, they do not allow other lower levels to carry out projects because it blocks the projects of their mayors,” the SDA leader explained.

For him, the most dangerous problem in the functioning of the Cantonal Government of Sarajevo is their willingness to trade the truth about the events in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last war of the 1990s and Izetbegović announces that the government in that canton could soon be changed.
