SARAJEVO, July 4 (FENA) - The Government of the Federation of BiH today at its session in Sarajevo took note of the information on the activities conducted in the company "Alumunij" Mostar in the period 2015-2019.
The Government adopted the Draft Law on the Judicial Police of the Federation of BiH which regulates organization, management, means of work, competencies, authorizations, labor relations, employment, training and professional development, salaries and compensations, disciplinary and material responsibility, control of work, police and other issues of importance for its organization and work.
The government also adopted the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Production and Trade of Weapons and Military Equipment in the Federation of BiH, which regulates the obligation of the competent institutions and economic entities of the Federation of BiH in the implementation of the Law on the Production of Arms and Military Equipment of BiH and the Law on control of foreign trade of weapons, military equipment and special purpose goods.
The FBiH Government has also established the Proposal of the Law Amending the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use at the level of the Federation of BiH, which stipulates that the spatial and urban plans adopted by Parliament are development planning documents and are adopted for a period of 20 years.
Also, it is envisaged that the planning period may be extended by a decision of the Parliament for a certain period, for a maximum of 10 years if, within that period, the Ministry of Spatial Planning makes an analysis and proposes the extension.
The government reached the Decision on the launch of the procedure to award concession for the construction of HPP Begov Han of 9.8 MW of installed power on the Bosna River in the Municipality of Žepče, stated the FBiH Government.
