SARAJEVO, July 2 (FENA) - Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, Head of EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative in BiH will visit the construction works on the motorway on the Vc Corridor in Republika Srpska, Johovac - Rudanka Interchange on Wednesday, 3 July 2019, near Doboj.
For the construction of this section of the motorway on the Vc Corridor, the European Union contributed with nearly €15 million in grants.
This project will connect to the Banja Luka - Doboj motorway and complements other ongoing and planned investments in the northern and southern parts of the Corridor Vc in both Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH.
This project is an important step towards closer integration of the whole Western Balkans region in the context of the Connectivity Agenda, announced the EUD to BiH.
