SARAJEVO, June 20 (FENA) - The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will request a comprehensive document containing measures related to the migrant crisis, as we have not received that today from the Council of Ministers of BiH, BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik confirmed yesterday at a press conference.
He believes that BiH could initiate a meeting where it would be able to agree with the representatives of the competent authorities of Montenegro and Serbia on measures to prevent the entry of illegal migrants in BiH.
“It would be a more effective measure than any engagement of members of the Armed Forces of BiH. Everyone knows where the final destination of the migrants are, but there is nothing being done in this regard so we need effective measures. We expect the Council of Ministers to propose such measures. Therefore, we have not concluded anything yet in relation to this,” Dodik added.
Speaking on the EU path of BiH, he said that all measures are now focused on stopping him, noting that the European Commission stressed the need of primarily the establishment of executive power, adding that this is not a problem if there are no conditions.
He said that because of this situation, citizens are suffering, and BiH is losing international integrity.
