Second Instance Disciplinary Commission at HJPC rejects appeal against Tegeltija

SARAJEVO, June 14 (FENA) - The Second Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) issued a decision rejecting as unfounded the complaint of the HJPC Disciplinary Office to the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission in disciplinary proceedings against the President if HJPC BiH Milan Tegeltija and confirms the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission from June 3.

“To remind, in connection to the complaint and the proposal for temporary suspension from the duty of the President of HJPC BiH Milan Tegeltija, filed by the Disciplinary Office, the First Instance Disciplinary Commission issued a decision rejecting the disciplinary complaint, dated 31 May 2019, filed against Tegeltija, rejecting the proposal of Disciplinary Prosecutor for temporary suspension from the office of the President of the HJPC BiH,” stated the HJPC BiH.
