BANJA LUKA, May 12 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik says he does not accept the possible use of the Bonn powers by the High Representative in BiH, claiming that he will not accept any decision by Valentin Inzko, because, as he claims, he is not a relevant party and all of his decisions were wrong so far.
"Inzko has lost his authority with the people. All his moves have been nothing more than parading and posing to justify his salary of 24,000 euros a month, which is more than what the most important officials in BiH ear together in a month," Dodik said.
The RS government officials have agreed to invite Inzko to submit a report on his work and the work of his predecessors in the RS National Assembly.
"If he refuses, it means that he is violating the Dayton Agreement and Annex 10," said Dodik at a joint press conference with the President of the entity of RS Željka Cvijanović.
He recalled that he did not know when the authorities at the state level would be formed and reiterated that there was no way for RS to agree on the activation of the MAP or any kind of approximation towards NATO.
"They will not get our consent to activate the MAP," Dodik said and added that he did not agree to hold the NATO exercise in Manjača.
"That exercise with airplanes carrying depleted uranium missiles will never happen here. There is no political agreement on this," said Dodik and reiterated that the position of RS is that BiH should be militarily neutral.
He thinks it is unnecessary to spend budget funds for the purchase of new helicopters for the BiH Armed Forces.
