SARAJEVO, May 12 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić announced today that he will once again file a criminal complaint against Milorad Dodik for provoking an uprising in the Armed Forces of BiH (AF BiH).
"A few years ago, after similar Dodik's actions related to the Armed Forces of BiH, I filed a criminal complaint because of a crime qualified as an attempt to provoke an uprising in the AF BiH. Our judiciary, which was then backed by foreigners, rejected this criminal complaint, although everyone was unofficially convinced that there were elements of the crime committed.
This is a similar, if not identical situation, which has elements of incitement to an uprising in the AFBiH, and this is because of calling for the non-compliance with the applicable legal norms concerning the AFBiH, including the official uniform of AFBiH members. In this case, I am ready to act the same way as I did several years ago. Unfortunately, I expect the same reaction from the judiciary as it was then - they will do nothing!
On the other hand, I hope that it has finally become crystal clear to some in Sarajevo, who claimed that this is not that important, that it is now clear what Dodik actually wants and how important it is that this country eventually becomes a member of the NATO," Komšić stressed.
