BANJA LUKA, April 30 (FENA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of BiH Igor Crnadak is convinced that the incumbent assembly of the Council of Ministers of BiH will not recognize independence of Kosovo or decide on the Membership Action Plan (MAP) in NATO.
“We did not discuss recognition of Kosovo in the past four years and while I am in the Council of Ministers of BiH Kosovo will not be recognized by the BiH Council of Ministers, because that is also the stance of the other two ministers from RS,” said Crnadak.
He added that their stance on MAP will also remain the same.
“Stance of us who represent RS in the Council of Ministers of BiH is clear and it will not change no matter who said what at yesterday’s meeting in Berlin. That stance is that the decision on activation of MAP will be issued by the new assembly of the Council of Ministers,” said Crnadak.
He emphasized the meeting is a very good thing and an encouraging signal for the entire region.
“I hope it will bring a more intensive approach to solving the relations between Belgrade ad Pristina and that it will give additional European boost to BiH,” said Crnadak.
