SARAJEVO, April 18 (FENA) - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić met in Sarajevo with the Vice President of the Republic of Turkey, Fuat Oktay, and talked with him about the economic and political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the key foreign policy priorities.
Zvizdić said that Turkey is one of the most important trading partners and emphasized the significance of the initiative for building the Sarajevo-Belgrade motorway, especially in the context of the economic and tourism cooperation of the entire region.
He said that the export of BiH meat and meat products to Turkey is of great importance to the domestic economy and expressed hope that the economic cooperation of the two countries would be intensified in the upcoming period.
Oktay said that Turkey is a true friend to Bosnia and Herzegovina and that, as before, it will continue to support and encourage BiH's European and NATO paths.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of Turkey to BiH Haldun Koç, stated the BiH Council of Ministers.
