MOSTAR, April 12 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro, will offer to the market of overseas countries a common tourist product that was presented on Thursday at the International Economy Fair in Mostar.
The joint tourism offer of the three countries includes active tourism activities on locations in BiH, Serbia and Montenegro The project was initiated in February at the Belgrade Tourism Fair between the chambers of commerce and the chamber system in BiH (BiH Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce of RS and the Chamber of Commerce of FBiH).
“The three countries are involved in the project will be considered as one unique tourism destination that will offer adventure tourism, ethno tourism, gastronomy, cultural tourism, natural beauties, everything that these three countries have to offer,” said the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of FBiH Marko Šantić.
Secretary of the Tourism Chamber of Serbia, Tijana Maljković explained that for overseas markets, and far destinations, it is necessary that at least three countries get together as partners.
She emphasized that the offer will include various tourist attractions and destinations, such as galleries, museums, four or five star hotels chains, accommodation facilities in rural areas, eco households, local catering facilities and the like.
“Bosnia and Herzegovina has a rich and diversified offer, but I hope that we will find what is best and most valuable to present to the world.” said Bošković, adding that with the finished product they are planning to compete for financing at the Chamber Investment Forum, which provides the possibility of further financing of projects through marketing, branding and promotion for distant markets, primarily China, South Korea and Japan.
