SARAJEVO, April 11 (FENA) - Although he did not attend today's emergency session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was supposed to focus on the situation regarding the increased influx of migrants, a deputy of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Staša Košarac, addressed journalists saying that there were no political conditions for holding a session.
He pointed out that the representatives of this party in the state institutions do not accept the fact that a there is still no clear majority and the opposition within the BiH House of Representatives, explaining that the ministers who are now in the Council of Ministers are not those who have been appointed to hold these functions.
“Until the appointment of a new convocation of the BiH Council of Ministers is completed, which will be a reflection of the will of the voters in the previous general elections, there is not point that either of the two Houses of the BiH Parliament to function. We will not give up on this position and until the election results are implemented, we will not participate in the work of the Parliament,” said Košarac.
Asked by journalists whether it would be good for MPs not to receive salaries until they start doing their job, Košarac just answered briefly said that this idea is not a bad one.
