NEUM, March 14 (FENA) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said oday that Croatia wants to be a country that will help, accelerate and facilitate the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Croatian Prime Minister, who is participating in an international conference "The European Constitution for Bosnia and Herzegovina" taking place in Neum today, said that Croatia is a country that respects Bosniaks, Croats, Serbs and all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and wants to help Bosnia and Herzegovina on its EU path.
“We have our own experience in this, and we want our efforts in cooperation with the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina to enable better and faster reforms, a quality opinion of the European Commission on Bosnia and Herzegovina's application for membership, so that we can try to make a joint plan at the EU and Southeast European Summit, in a form of a proposal for faster institutional dynamic in relations between BiH and the European Union,” said Plenković.
He added that in this process, Croatia favors the equality of Croats as the smallest in number constituent people in BiH, and that it considers that the implementation of the judgments of the Constitutional Court of BiH and the political agreement between the political parties and institutions could bring solutions for a good and fair election law on the basis of which all constituent peoples would be equal in all BiH institutions.
