BiH Prosecutor's Office opens an investigation on the events in Višegrad

SARAJEVO, March 12 (FENA) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened a case related to the events of March 10 in Višegrad and gathering and rallying of the members of the Ravna Gora Chetnik Movement, based on the collected reports from the media, as well as submitted complaints from citizens.

Applications relate to the criminal offense of instigating ethnic, racial, religious hatred, disorder and intolerance under Article 145 of the CC BiH.

The case has been assigned to Section 3 of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, and acting prosecutor together with the police and security agencies will take measures and actions within their jurisdiction, the Prosecutor's Office stated.
