While at the event, Ambassador Nelson said, "This medical skills refresher course with the 175th Wing Medical Squadron from the Maryland Air National Guard is a perfect example of the continued cooperation between the Armed Forces of BiH and the Maryland Army and Air National Guard. This event ensures AFBiH service members are prepared to respond to a range of medical emergencies, which increases their operational readiness at home or abroad while supporting future deployments with U.S., NATO, and NATO partners.
