BANJA LUKA, February 15 (FENA) - A deputy of the Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) in the National Assembly of RS, Draško Stanivuković announced today that he will not be available for the media in the next few days and that, as he claims, he will leave the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the sake of his personal safety.
“I am still available for the media today, but in the next several days, I will not be here for the sake of my personal safety and for a number of questions that I expect the RS Minister of Interior to answer. If this does not happen and the pressure continues, we have a lot of audio recordings that will serve as evidence," he says.
At a joint press conference held today in Banja Luka, he demanded that the RS police deny the allegations that his associate, Ivan Begić, rejected the polygraph testing after an investigation into the reported damage to the property of the Stanivuković family.
Stanivuković is asking the police to provide a record that Begić was interviewed on February 12, as they claim it did not happen, and he released a new audio recording in which a police inspector is threatening Begić.
He also says that it is not a problem to go to the police and answer any questions and that he also agrees to the search of the family house, but only in the presence of the media.
