SARAJEVO, January 14 (FENA) - The Draft Law on the budget of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international commitments for 2019 is a document which the Council of Ministers of BiH should discuss tomorrow, January 15, at a scheduled session in Sarajevo.
The total budget of the BiH institutions was determined by the Fiscal Council under the Global Fiscal Balance and Policy Framework in the amount of 966 million KM, which includes the funds for the repayment of external debt in the amount of 826 million KM.
The proposal of the Annual National Program prepared by the Commission for the NATO integration process of Bosnia and Herzegovina should also be presented to the ministers tomorrow. This is a document requested from BiH at the meeting of the foreign ministers of the countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
The document should have been discussed by the state ministers in the first part of the session held on December 27 last year, and it should be noted that representatives from Republika Srpska continue to push the attitude, with regards to NATO membership, binding Bosnia and Herzegovina’s path to Serbia's position of military neutrality.
