BANJA LUKA, January 9 (FENA) - Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić today attended a celebration of the so-called "Day of RS” on January 9 in Banja Luka, declared by the Constitutional Court of BiH as unconstitutional, and said that her country “is taking concrete and real measures for the survival and progress of Republika Srpska.”
She emphasized that it is necessary, without forgetting the past, to turn to the future, cooperation, peace and stability, and care for the generations to come and that there is an obligation to build a new a reality in the region and a better future for them.
She emphasized that RS and Serbia have a "fraternal relationship that goes beyond the formal, usual frameworks of bilateral cooperation" and that this cooperation is based on concrete projects for the construction of infrastructure, educational and other facilities.
Brnabić was awarded the Medal of Republika Srpska, as it was said, for her special contribution in developing and strengthening cooperation and political relations between Serbia and RS, and "for her immense contribution in the struggle for the physical and spiritual survival, affirmation and development of Republika Srpska".
