Arrested members of 'Justice for David' released

BANJA LUKA, December 31 (FENA) - Persons arrested yesterday after gathering of “Justice for David” have been released and violation procedure will be launched against them before the competent court for violations they committed, Police Administration of Banja Luka told FENA.

After giving statements, Daniela Ratešić, Ozren Perduv, Marko Mikić and others were released.

Police stated they are continuing investigation to determine other persons linked to the violations that were committed.

Aleksandar Gluvić and Stefan Blagić turned themselves in after police issued a warrant against them, together with Davor Dragičević, Stela Milanović, Njegoš Tomić and Draško Stanivuković.  

City of Banja Luka cancelled all concerts today after participants of gathering “Justice for David” interrupted last-night’s concert of Haris Džinović.

Mayor of Banja Luka Igor Radojičić said that "Dragičević" case should be solved but not with violence.

Banja Luka police stated that due to frequent violation of public order and peace, criminal offences, prevention of normal transport flow and breaking of the Law on Public Gathering of RS, all future public gatherings of “Justice for David” group will be prevented and interrupted in accordance with the Law on Public Gathering of RS and participants of such gathering will be sanctioned in accordance with the law.
