SARAJEVO, December 5 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Member Željko Komšić welcomed NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg's assessment of the need to activate the Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina's membership in NATO.
Komšić has supported Stoltenberg’s assessment regarding the acceptance of NATO's bid to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The BiH Presidency member also reminded of the BiH Foreign Policy Strategy adopted by the BiH Presidency in March this year, which underlined that the continuation of NATO activities remains a priority of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that priority activities will be primarily directed towards activation and implementation of MAP.
In that sense, the strategic decisions of the BiH Presidency represent the only credible and binding document on the basis of which BiH can proceed further in the process of NATO integration, it is said in the statement from the BiH Presidency.
