Red meteoalarm issued for BiH due to heavy precipitation forecast

SARAJEVO, November 19 (FENA) - The Federal Hydro-meteorological Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FHMZ BiH) issued a red meteoalarm due to expected heavy precipitation in the areas of Herzegovina and southwestern Bosnia.

The alarm has been issued for the period from November 19 from 22:00 hrs. to 21 November to 03.00 hrs.

The forecasted amount of precipitation ranges between 40 and 80 liters per square meter, and in Herzegovina, locally even up to 120 liters, stated the FHMZ.
