Lindenberg: BiH can count on Poland's support in the future

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović received today the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jaroslaw Lindenberg.

At the beginning of the meeting, the two officials agreed that the relations between the two countries have been very friendly and without outstanding issues.

However, it was pointed out that there is room for improvement in terms of economic cooperation.

Čović said that it would be a good idea for Poland to be a partner of the Mostar Business Fair in 2020.

They also spoke about the results of the October elections and Čović once again pointed out “that a legitimate representation of constituent peoples at all levels should be a priority. Amendments to the Election Law are an integral part of the Reform Agenda and a presupposition for the rule of law.”

Lindenberg said that in the future as well, BiH can count on support from friendly Poland, which will continue to advocate for the accession of all Western Balkan countries into the European family.
