FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) - Member of the BiH Presidency of BiH Dragan Čović, at today's meeting with Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in BiH Matthew Field, pointed out that, “from the point of respect for the principles of constitutionality, democracy and the rule of law, it is important to ensure the protection of the principles of the legitimate representation of constituent peoples at all levels of government.”

When it comes to NATO, Čović estimated that it is necessary to further intensify all activities in order to activate the Membership Action Plan as soon as possible.

Čović said that one of the priorities of his future political action would be the solution to the problem of the City of Mostar.

Čović thanked Ambassador Field for the support he has provided so far, and wished him success during his ambassadorial term, the BiH Presidency said.
