BIHAĆ, October 22 (FENA) - Organizers of citizens' protests resulting from the ongoing situation with migrants, during yesterday's peaceful walk to the temporary accommodation location for migrants in Borići, announced a new gathering at the City Square this evening at 18:00 hrs.

It was reiterated that these are not protests against migrants, but that they insist that the currently unacceptable situation for the inhabitants of Bihać needs to be resolved, as well the situation for several thousand migrants which is very difficult.

They are also insisting on stopping the large daily influx of migrants, and to urgently determine and prepare adequate accommodation location for them, outside the city center.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton (USC) said that up to now, they have not received any official request for holding a protest this evening.

Mayor of Bihać Šuhret Fazlić supported the citizens in a peaceful and dignified expression of dissatisfaction, but once again urged that all the gatherings remain in accordance with the law.
