SARAJEVO, September 17 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH today passed the Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH at an urgent session.
The MPs primarily accepted the House of Peoples request that the proposed law be considered in urgent legislative procedure, and then unanimously adopted it without discussion.
The House of Peoples recently, also unanimously, adopted this law proposed by a deputy in the House, Halid Genjac.
The law needed to be amended in order to comply with the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which declared unconstitutional the certain provisions of that law.
The MPs, at today's session, consented to the ratification of the Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Saudi Development Fund - Construction and Restoration of a certain number of hospitals in BiH, as well as the Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Saudi Development Fund - Infrastructure Development in the Municipality of Stari Grad, Sarajevo.
Members of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) were not present at today's session, which was concluded after the ratification of these two agreements.
