SREBRENICA, August 2 (FENA) - High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Valentin Inzko yesterday visited Srebrenica where he attended a mini-concert of participants of the first regional camp "Srebrenica Music Camp 2018", organized by "Kuća dobrih tonova" (House of Good Tones) from Srebrenica with financial support from the Open Society Fund BiH and Bauern Helfen Bauern Foundation.
“Everyone speaks the same language, the language of music, and everyone understands it. It's fantastic that young musicians from Serbia, Croatia and BiH came to Srebrenica. I think that they are the best proof that people can live together and we see it in Srebrenica today,” Inzko said.
Founder of the Bauren Helfen Bauren Foundation, Doraja Eberle, said that the High Representative in BiH was invited by the children, camp participants and was very pleased to respond to the call.
“Children show us that we can all work together. I would like for more politicians to come and see how they respect each other here. Children are giving lessons to adults how things can work in BiH,” said Eberle.
The Srebrenica Music Camp 2018 will last until August 4, and it gathers 150 children from Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The goal of the camp is to provide access to culture and art through the orchestral and choral workshops, which will encourage participants to intercultural dialogue, understanding and cooperation.
