SARAJEVO, July 26 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH today rejected the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise Tax in BiH, proposed by MPs Aleksandra Pandurević, Mladen Bosić, Nenad Lalić and Momčilo Novaković.
Eleven MPs voted for the proposed law, 21 voted against, and one MP abstained.
The proposed law envisaged the abolition of the increase in excise tax of 0,15 KM per liter of fuel plus VAT, which was passed in the parliament in December last year.
The MPs supported the principles of the Proposal of the Law on Deposit Insurance in Banks of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the BiH Council of Ministers.
The MPs rejected the Proposal of the Decision on the appointment of members of the Commission for Concessions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
