SARAJEVO, July 17 (FENA) - According to indicators so far, the Memorial Complex Tunnel D-B hopes to have a more successful tourist season this year than in 2017.
"Even though there is no exact information on number of visits to the Memorial Complex War Tunnel D-B this year, according to the initial numbers during the tourist season we can say this season has been better and there have been more visitors than last year," expert adviser and custodian of the Memorial Complex Tunnel D-B Belma Ćuzović told FENA.
Around 130 000 people visited the tunnel in 2017.
"Apart from local tourists, there are also tourists from the region, Croatia and Slovenia, Turkey and other countries," said Ćuzović.
Tourists can also use a free audio guide in six languages: Bosnian, English, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and Turkish. There is also a video guide for deaf and hearing impaired persons, in Braille for the blind and visually impaired persons.
"This year we will also present an audio guide in German language," announced Ćuzović.
Special program will be held on July 31 to mark the 25th anniversary of the tunnel.
