FBiH PM Novalić visits premises of Independent System Operator in BiH

SARAJEVO, July 13 (FENA) - Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić visited today in Sarajevo the Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina (ISO BiH) and met with General Manager Milodrag Košarac and Chairman of the Managing Board Ahmed Ahmić.

Director Košarac informed Prime Minister Novalić about the activities of this institution, the ongoing projects and progress made so far in the electricity and energy sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina, implemented by ISO BiH.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the international activities of this institution within the European Association of ENTSO Power System Operators, as ISO BiH is a co-founder and full member since 2009.

Prime Minister Novalić also visited the main Dispatch Center of BOS BiH, which manages, through the SCADA-EMS system, the entire energy network of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
