Tactical training held for police officers in BiH

SARAJEVO, June 29 (FENA) - Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH, in cooperation with Embassy of the Republic of France to BiH organized a tactical training which gathered police officers of the Directorate, State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), Federation Police Administration and Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.

Instructors from the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of France presented experience of the French police in public order through lectures and practical "exercises".  

During this intensive training, fifty police officers from four different agencies had an opportunity to upgrade their existing knowledge and skills.

Instructors especially focused on coordination of police forces in situations that require joint action and coordination of greater number of agencies.

After the training a tactical-demonstration exercise was held and certificates were presented to the trainees, Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH stated.
