SARAJEVO, June 7 (FENA) - Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Adil Osmanović met today with Palestinian Ambassador to BiH Rezeq Namoora and talked about the possibilities for better cooperation between the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Palestine in sectors of health, education, science and youth matters.
Palestinian Ambassador stressed his country's readiness to reach an agreement on cooperation in the said areas.
Osmanović underlined that the Ministry of Civil Affairs, in accordance with its competencies, will initiate procedures in order to provide the necessary consent for the signing of cooperation agreement.
The two officials particularly discussed the simplification of procedures and the establishment of better cooperation when it comes to consular activities conducted at the Embassy of Palestine in Sarajevo.
Both of them emphasized that the two countries should consider facilitating easier procedures in the obtaining documentation for Palestinian citizens who have exercised their right to citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated the BiH Ministry of Civil Affairs.
