BiH CoM - Sixty percent of Action Plan measures implemented

SARAJEVO, May 29 (FENA) - The BiH Council of Ministers today adopted the Final Report on the Implementation of the Action Plan for the Implementation of Priorities from the Report on Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2016, which will be submitted to the BiH Parliamentary Assembly and the European Commission.

The Report of the Directorate for European Integration of the BiH Council of Ministers states that by the end of February of this year, the relevant state, entity, cantonal and Brčko District institutions implemented 376 of the 631 planned measures. The implementation of this plan continues.

In the first two months of this year, 174 out of 209 planned measures for implementation were realized, or 64 percent. At the same time, 28 measures from the previous period were realized.

The report of the European Commission for Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2016 contained 76 priorities divided by areas on the basis of which the BiH Council of Ministers, in cooperation with institutions of all levels of government, adopted the Action Plan last year. This is a comprehensive state document implemented by the competent state, entity, cantonal and Brčko District institutions, the BiH CoM stated.
