CBBH: 74,567 blocked accounts of business entities in BiH

SARAJEVO, May 6 (FENA) - The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) has released updated data on blocked accounts of business entities in BiH, which at the beginning of the month of May amounted to total of 74,567 accounts of business entities, while 64,267 companies had at least one blocked account.

In the new report on the blocked accounts in the CBBH Register of Transaction Accounts in 3,074 pages, as well as earlier, legal entities from different fields are listed, among which are business enterprises, health organizations, entities engaged in service activities, cooperatives, associations, etc.

In the first report of the Central Bank of BiH, published in early November 2012, the number of blocked accounts of business entities in BiH was 58,038, while 35,694 businesses had at least one blocked bank account, stated the CBBH.
