SARAJEVO, April 26 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Member Dragan Čović met today with Governor of the General Investment Agency of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Al-Omar and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Hani bin Mominah.
Čović talked with the Saudi officials about the economic relations between the two countries.
They jointly agreed that Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are two friendly countries that have no outstanding issues, but with room for improvement in terms of strengthening business cooperation.
Governor Al-Omar pointed out that he sees Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole and wants all of its parts to see equal economic development.
He emphasized that Saudi Arabia is among the twenty largest economies in the world, and that he sees room for investments in BiH, especially in the fields of agriculture, energy and tourism.
Čović expressed satisfaction that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has recognized BiH as a country with economic potential and stressed that there should not be legal restrictions that would slow down the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, stated the BiH Presidency.
