SARAJEVO, April 26 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Igor Crnadak, attending the second day of the 9th Sarajevo Business Forum, said that we must create foundations to help the BiH Diaspora to invest in their country.
“It is our duty, and duty of all those who perform executive duties in the country’s institutions,” said Crnadak.
He believes that BiH citizens living and working abroad, regardless of when they left their country, have willingness and intentions to invest in BiH.
The Minister spoke at the panel dedicated, among other things, to the Diaspora, and stressed that this should be the main topic of the second day of the Sarajevo Business Forum.
He expressed satisfaction with the results of the 9th Sarajevo Business Forum and stated that it is a great task for the organizers for the next year edition of the Forum.
“This is a great framework for attracting foreign investments into BiH,” said Crnadak.
He also pointed out that he is optimistic about the country’s development, but that everyone should and has to do more.
During the second day of the Sarajevo Business Forum, the participants talked about the impact of the economies of European countries on the region, and strengthening of the regional industry by creating stronger supply chains.
