SARAJEVO, April 20 (FENA) - The conclusion of the United States Congress on Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović as the biggest brakesmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s progress shows that the United States looks at the president of the HDZ as a spare Russian player in Bosnia and Herzegovina, believes the president of the Civic Alliance Nihad Čolpa, this party stated.
“Mr. Čović has obviously miscalculated that by approaching Russia, he would awaken the United States’ interest to support his anti-democratic and racist propositions of amendments to the Election Law. The United States does not agree with the blackmail policy with which Čović identifies with,” the statement reads.
Mr. Čolpa says that "the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina finally have something to thank Dragan Čović.”
Recently, he claims, HNS "hysterically accused none other than the United States of America of demolishing BiH's constitutional order, for supporting the idea of reducing the House of Peoples".
“This is more than a clear proof that Čović and the United States are on completely opposite sides in the political processes in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” the president of the Civic Alliance said in the statement.
