NEUM, April 19 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine are the only European countries that do not have a 4G network, although it is a precondition for faster development of information technologies, said a member of the Management of HT Eronet Tomislav Ruk.
Ruk spoke today at Microsoft NetWork 8 conference that opened on Wednesday in Neum.
“The IT market in BiH is developing; there are a lot of opportunities especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, which will increasingly use these technologies in the coming period.
The 4G network needs to be introduced promptly. The IT market in BiH needs more education and training,” said Ruk.
The key messages from this year's Microsoft NetWork Conference are complete digital transformation, modernization and innovation in the ICT sector with emphasis on the ICT marketplace.
The largest business and technology conference in BiH "Microsoft NetWork 8" has gathered, according to the organizers, more than 1,000 participants under the slogan "Make IT cloud".
