SARAJEVO, April 17 (FENA) - Basic settlement has been reached with creditors in "Agrokor" case and after deadline for appeal expires in September there will be a new Agrokor, emphasized Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH Mirko Šarović after meeting at Bled, which was attended by Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of Croatia Martina Dalić, Minister of Economic Development and Technology of Slovenia Zdravko Počivalšek, Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of Serbia Rasim Ljajić and Biljana Jakić, Montenegrin Minister of Trade.
"Difficult period has passed. Agrokor has entered a quiet stage. Rebranding was successful, Mercator is in BiH again and most importantly commitments towards suppliers are being fulfilled within legal deadline," emphasized Minister.
Agrokor is being taken over by key creditors, and the way things are looking right now two Russian national banks will control part of Agrokor - Sberbank and VTB bank, by 50 percent, of which Sberbank will control 40 percent.
Agrokor will continue operating as holding and owners will be creditors situated in Holland, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH stated.
