SARAJEVO, April 17 (FENA) - The House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH today, after discussing the request of the BiH PA House of Representatives to urgently consider the Bill of Amendments to the BiH Election Law, adopted the conclusion proposed by the Caucus of Croat delegates.

By the conclusion, which was proposed by the Chair of Croat People's Caucus Ljilja Zovko, the House of Peoples delayed the statement on the request of the House of Representatives of the BiH PA to consider the proposed law in an urgent procedure.

The Conclusion also stipulates that the House of Peoples shall entrust the BiH Central Election Commission, the Agency for Identification Documents, Register and Data Exchange of BiH, the BiH Council of Ministers and the BiH Public Procurement Agency, to give an opinion on the proposed law within seven days from the adoption of this Conclusion, each within the scope of their competence.

The Conclusion stipulates that the next session of the House of Peoples shall take place by the end of the month, or until 26 April.

It is stated that the BiH Central Election Commission would prescribe procedures that enable a certain polling station commission or more of them to carry out manual scanning and enter the results of manual counting in a special form.

In case the results of manual counting and optical scanning differ, it is stipulated that the BiH Central Election Commission in the main counting center would perform the optical scanning and counting again and determine the correct result of voting at a polling station.
