SARAJEVO/ISTANBUL, April 10 (FENA) - A member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mladen Ivanić visited today Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople seated in Istanbul.
Ivanić informed Patriarch Bartholomew about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, as well as the progress of the country on the path to EU integration.
The two especially focused on the position of the Serbian Orthodox Church and its congregation in BiH.
The BiH Presidency Member Mladen Ivanić and Patriarch Bartholomew stressed the need to improve relations between religious communities and building mutual trust, the BiH Presidency said.
