SARAJEVO, March 28 (FENA) - The principles for a joint appearance in the upcoming elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina were adopted today in Srebrenica at a meeting of ten political parties and organizations that gather Bosniaks and Croats in Republika Srpska (RS), stated the Response Movement.
“The parties agreed that this bloc will seek a non-partisan minister of education and culture in the future RS government, which will implement education reform and end all discriminatory practices, especially those related to the right to language and curriculum content. Also, we will seek the introduction of an institution of commissioner for the rights of non-majority peoples, ethnic, religious and linguistic groups,” said the leader of the Movement Ćamil Duraković.
In terms of the plan of employment and economy, they will demand the introduction of a quota of two to three percent of indirect revenues for the policies supporting return and the introduction of sanctions for institutions that do not comply with Article 97 of the RS Constitution on the proportional employment of Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats and Others.
