Constitutional Court of BiH to consider Borjana Krišto’s appeal

SARAJEVO, March 22 (FENA) - The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will today hold a plenary session at which it will, inter alia, consider the request of Borjana Krišto, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, to review the constitutionality of a provision of the Constitution of the Federation of BiH on the election of delegates to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament.

This provision stipulates that at least one delegate from each constituent people and the others shall be elected from each canton to the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament.

The agenda of the session also includes the work reports and the report on the execution of the budget of the Constitutional Court of BiH for 2017, the Court said.
