MOSTAR, Mar h 21 (FENA) – Edin Zagorcic, the Chairman of the Mostar City Board of the SDP BiH said in Mostar on Wednesady that the SDP, as the host of the next meeting of parliamentary parties on Mostar issue, would try to give a new dimension to the negotiations, and bring negotiators to show a kind of compromise.
He has expressed his concern over the low degree of compromise when it comes to the key issues related to Mostar, stating that at the last meeting a dialogue on two issues opened, for which there was no readiness for backing down.
Zagorcic added that one of these issues related to the mayor, pointing out that most of the parties were for the introduction of the position of deputy mayor, who would give a new dimension to the management of the city, while the other issue is the readiness to consent to a particular organization of the constituencies.
- Mostar is a crucial issue and I see no justified reason for an agreement not to be reached and elections organized, which we have been waiting for 10 years- Zagorcic concluded.
