Meeting of director of BP of BiH with Slovenian police chief held

MOSTAR/ SARAJEVO, Mar  20 (FENA) – In Sarajevo on Tuesday,  Director of Border Police of BiH, Zoran Galic, met  with Slovenian  Police Chief General,  Simon Velicki.

The current security situation in BiH and the region and activities of the BiH Border Police in combating all forms of cross-border crime and the prevention of illegal migration were topics discussed on the occasion.

 Modalities of cooperation  aimed at  of further developing  and strengthening of the BiH Police Agency were also on the agenda of the meeting,  as well as  the trainings in Slovenia attended by members of the Border Police of BiH.

The meeting was attended by the Assistant Director of the Border Police of BiH for Organization and Operations Slobodan Krstic, and the heads  of the Office of the Director Radisa Samardzija, the Office for Internal Control and Professional Standards Vladimir Popovic, and the Office for Strategic Planning and EU Integration Almir Basic, says the statement issued by the  Border Police of BiH .
