BANJA LUKA, March 1 (FENA) - A deputy of the Homeland Coalition in the National Assembly of the RS Nedim Čivić pointed out today that those who committed crimes during the last war in BiH, on anyone’s behalf, must be held accountable.

He pointed out that the Report on the Analysis and Action Plan on the Search for Missing Persons, Investigation and Prosecution of War Crimes, discussed in the entity parliament this evening, only applies to Serbs.

Stressing that the victims cannot be discriminated against on the grounds of their nationality or some other, Čivić pointed out that this document, which was prepared by the RS Center for Investigating War, War Crimes and Missing Civilians, should include Bosniak and Croat victims, as well as the data on how many missing persons from these peoples are still being searched for.

He also asked why they did not even mention Bosniak and Croat children, victims of war.

“What about over one hundred murdered children in Prijedor? Why aren’t they investigating a war crime in Snagovo near Zvornik?” asked Čivić and emphasized that someone must be held accountable for these crimes.
